We're extremely fortunate to have an experienced, industry-leading management team heading up the Fighting Chance Foundation, bringing together both inner-industry and out of industry expertise.
Giovanni Soffietto
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Giovanni set up the Fighting Chance Foundation in 2019 following the enormous success enjoyed by the British Martial Arts & Boxing Association and wider BMABA Group.
A life-long martial artist and coming from a professional background in insurance brokering, Giovanni brings both a lived experience in poverty and the working background of the way clubs operate into the frame of the Foundation's core operations.
Giovanni heads up the drive to bring new clubs into the Foundation, as well as overseeing the Foundation's public image and core charitable work.
Sarah Shelton-Agar
Chief Operating Officer
Sarah brings a number of years experience working in martial arts administration for the BMABA to the role of the Foundation, combined with an intricate knowledge of fundraising, sponsorship co-ordination and events management within the high net worth sector.
Sarah oversees the day to day management and operation of the Foundation, co-ordinating the influx of clubs with the provision of charitable programmes alongside programme management and development.
